The Ankeny Art Center is a visual arts facility that operates under the direction of the Ankeny Friends of the Arts.  We are a nonprofit organization and conduct our own fundraising to provide support for exhibits, events, and education.

One of our most successful fundraising events to date was last year’s Art, Wine and Enrichment Auction.  This affair was so successful, we have decided to make it an annual event.  This year, the fundraiser was held at Noodle Zoo Cafe in Ankeny on September 29, 2007. 

The night involved fine wines and beers, hors d’oeuvres, a silent auction of donated items from local merchants and businesses, and a live auction of donated artwork.
